As a condition of my participation in the Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Country Faire Craft Promotions Inc., the Lisle 4^th of July Committee, Lisle Park District, Village of Lisle, Lisle School Dist. #202,  Lisle Event Sponsors and all other persons associated with the location at which the show is conducted from and against all claims, losses, damages and expenses of any nature whatsoever stemming out of or from any accidents or occurrences in, on or at my location, or arising from the sale of goods or services by myself or my agents or employees. I do hereby fully release and discharge Country Faire, Lisle 4^th of July Committee, Lisle Park District, Village of Lisle, Lisle School Dist. #202 and Event Sponsors and officers and agents, servants and employees from all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss which I or my employees or volunteers may have or which may occur to me and my employees or volunteers on account of my participation in these events. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my employees or volunteers may have as a result of participating in this event, against Country Faire, Lisle 4^th of July Committee, Lisle Park District, Village of Lisle, Lisle, School Dist. #202, Event Sponsors and its agents. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the 4^th of July Festival and agree to remove any items asked by Country Faire or relinquish their fee.
